Mining

Plant and site controls built for dust, vibration, and downtime you cannot afford.

A mine does not need a brochure about innovation. It needs a conveyor that starts in sequence, a crusher that trips for a real fault, and a dewatering pump that runs when the sump says so. We design and build those panels in Farmington.

What we build

The motor control and the logic, in one shop.

Designed, wired, and tested in Farmington for plants and remote sites in the Four Corners.

Conveyor and crusher motor-control centers
Feeder and belt-scale interlock logic
Dewatering and process-pump VFD panels
Ventilation and auxiliary starters
PLC, HMI, and SCADA for the plant floor
Junction boxes for dusty or classified areas
UL 508A and NNNY classified builds
Replacements planned around a shutdown, not during one

Problems we get called for

A belt starts out of sequence.
No interlock, or the interlock lives in someone’s head. Material piles up or a crusher runs empty.
The sump alarm is a surprise.
Pumps are across-the-line, levels are not on a screen, and the first notice is water where it should not be.
Dust killed the last panel.
Wrong enclosure, open knockouts, and labels you cannot read. The next one has to be built for the room it lives in.
The shutdown is already on the calendar.
A conveyor or crusher change-out has a window measured in shifts. The panel has to be tested before that window opens.

What to have when you call

The machineConveyor, crusher, feeder, pump, or fan. Horsepower and voltage. The roomIndoor plant, outdoor pad, washdown, or a classified area. The sequenceWhat has to run first, and what has to stop the line. The windowShutdown date. Lead time on the drive matters more than the enclosure.

Got a conveyor, a crusher, or a pump that needs a panel?

Call during business hours. Motor size, location, and the shutdown date are enough to start.
